How does this mesh with Year 12 ambition Can't believe I sold out "the cause", whatever that was.
What's happened since Year 12:
Went to Monash Uni 1980-1982 and postgrad study in 1987.  Studied Philosophy, Psychology, Politics.  Intended to become a Buddhist but instead became a born-again Christian!  Got a job as a Counsellor, which I did for five years.  Got married in '83 to a co-worker.  Lasted 19 years and eight kids.

Joined the Public Service in 1988.  Worked in a few Departments, including a long stint in the Prime Minister's Dept, working for Hawke, Keating and during a short second stint there, Howard.  Managed VIP Transport for the Sydney Olympics, which was way cool even though I didn't hook up with any Princesses, then the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Queensland a couple of years ago.  Helped lock up refugees during a stint in Immigration then scored a great job with the Federal Police.

Along the way I dropped out of involvement with the organised church, got divorced, joined a bluegrass band (as you do) called Jimmy Boag and the Strongarms - I played guitars, mandolin & sometimes banjo - and for a while was a pretty hot trap shooter - claim to fame:  I once beat a guy who had beaten Michael Diamond.
Anything else you want to tell us?
"People are crazy, times are strange, I'm locked in tight, I'm out of range.  I used to care ... but things have changed".  Bob Dylan

Cheers y'all
